Midnights Bar seeks a weekend shift manager for Friday and Saturday late night service. The ideal candidate will bring a firm yet fun and friendly presence to the team, build a foundation of trust and leadership for the bar/support staff, and have the flexibility to learn and grow with the company. Must have 3+ years of experience with high-volume nightlife as well as substantial knowledge of spirits, cocktails and draft beverage maintenance are preferred. All company management are required to have or obtain a current Food Handler’s license, TIPS certification experience, be proficient with Toast POS and security detail management are a plus.
