Duties

- Transcribe meeting notes and other documents as needed.
- Provide clerical support including filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite and other software to create presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with event planning is a plus.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with proofreading and editing documents is highly desirable.
