We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. Duties

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various databases.
Assist with event planning, coordinating logistics, and managing schedules.
Proofread documents for clarity, grammar, and formatting errors.
Transcribe meeting notes and other documents as needed.
Provide clerical support including filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
Utilize Google Suite and other software to create presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with event planning is a plus.
Ability to type accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with proofreading and editing documents is highly desirable.
