Key Responsibilities:
● Leverage your analytical abilities to address unique employee needs and challenges effectively with department
leaders.
● Put your leadership skills to work by heading the safety committee and conducting monthly safety meetings and
training sessions.
● Utilize your competitive nature by creating and implementing innovative strategies to attract and hire top talent.
● Conquer the recruitment process by overseeing job descriptions, posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing,
background checks, selection, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain a talent pool for future needs.
● Utilize your approachable disposition to foster positive employee relations while acting as the primary contact for
employee concerns, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate documentation.
● Draw on your knowledge of labor laws to update policies, manage workers and compensation, handle
unemployment claims and NEOC cases, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory compliance.
● Enhance performance management by leading weekly discussions on staffing needs and monitoring team
attendance.
● Apply your attention to detail to overseeing and managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs,
ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and effectively administered.

Qualifications:
● 3+ years of proven experience as a HR Generalist or HR manager or comparable HR role (required)
● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
● Comprehensive understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
● Exceptional skills in recruitment and talent acquisition.
● Notable interpersonal and communication abilities.
● Proficient in resolving problems and mediating conflicts.
● Committed to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information with discretion.
