We're looking for a pasta maker/prep cook with a love of Italian food and a passion for the craft. As part of a small team, you’ll have the ability to learn and be immersed in the art of pasta. You will need to be a self-starter and be able to memorize techniques and recipes quickly. Ideal candidates will have some experience in a kitchen, be comfortable juggling responsibilities and driving productivity.

Skills
- Prepare pasta dough to correct consistency
- Follow proper techniques for different pasta shapes
- Prepare stuffed pasta fillings, sauces, cook at home pasta trays
- Maintain a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards
- Pack and box products
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Make occasional restaurant deliveries & supply pickup
- Strong work ethic, communication and time management skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
- Fresh pasta experience is a plus
