We're looking for a pasta maker/prep cook with a love of Italian food and a passion for the craft. As part of a small team, you’ll have the ability to learn and be immersed in the art of pasta. You will need to be a self-starter and be able to memorize techniques and recipes quickly. Ideal candidates will have some experience in a kitchen, be comfortable juggling responsibilities and driving productivity.

Skills

Prepare pasta dough to correct consistency
Follow proper techniques for different pasta shapes
Prepare stuffed pasta fillings, sauces, cook at home pasta trays
Maintain a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards
Pack and box products
Perform other duties as required or assigned
Basic math and measuring skills
Make occasional restaurant deliveries & supply pickup
Strong work ethic, communication and time management skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
Fresh pasta experience is a plus
