Job Summary:
Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and our Housekeeping team is the start of creating that experience of a lifetime for our guests. Responsible for managing daily operations and housekeeping staff, the Executive Housekeeper is detail oriented master of hospitality.

- The expected range is $55,000 - $57,000
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily housekeeping operations and performance including hiring, scheduling, training and developing staff, communication, assignments, budgets, inventory, and record keeping.
Monitor team performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, including recognition or correction action if necessary
Collect data from guest satisfaction surveys to monitor performance and trends as a means for continuous improvement of the department
Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure products and services are meeting quality standards
Provide excellent service to all guests, responding promptly to any accommodation requests
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
1-3 years of housekeeping, guest service or hospitality management experience preferred
Must be able to communicate fluently in English, bilingual a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
The expected pay range is $55,000 - $57,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
