Well established restaurant group that operates 4 dining concepts in 11 locations, with plans to open more locations this year.
Description
The Director of Operations is responsible for managing all restaurants in the concept, including leading the teams to meet or beat targets for sales, costs, service, quality, safety and sanitation, all while developing future leaders and hitting employee retention targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Model and hold staff accountable for following restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and policies
- Meet or beat company objectives for performance, including sales, service, food quality, cleanliness and safety
- Hire, train, build and coach the restaurant team
- Develop and implement strategies for growing and improving the business
- Oversee P&Ls and troubleshoot to ensure the restaurants meet or beat budget goals
- Serve as a role model for performance, communication and collaboration

Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Multi-Unit General Manager or Area Manager with high volume ($5M+), fine dining restaurant group
- Able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel to multiple states and locations
- Experience with new store openings
