The Pennsylvania Access Center is dedicated to offering quick and efficient access to treatment for all of those in need of substance abuse and behavioral health treatment. We currently offer services at 11 facilities in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience in the behavioral health field is a plus.

Essential Job Functions
- Promptly answer incoming calls
- Assist potential clients and loved ones in seeking substance abuse treatment.
- Complete insurance verifications and pre-admission assessments.
- Manage multiple tasks at one time such as typing and talking on the phone.
- Coordinate with referral sources
- Coordinate transportation with facilities
- Be able to effectively communicate program information to ensure families and clients have accurate knowledge of what to expect during treatment
- Updating referral sources and marketers throughout the admission process via email or phone call.
- Maintaining professionalism with clients, significant others and referrals.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Behavioral Health: 1 year (Preferred)
