This role works directly with customers and clients to provide solutions, handle complaints and assist in resolving issues that arise in the customer experience. This role requires excellent communication and problem solving skills along with the ability to resolve conflict and anticipate customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and complete information
Manage incoming calls, emails, chats.
Administrative/clerical duties such as managing records, filing and scheduling.
Identify and address customer concerns
Resolve customer grievances and maintain customer relations
Assist in matching clients with products or services that suit their needs
