Call Center Representative
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Call out to prospective clients to setup appointments for our services
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Exhibit the necessary dicipline to work from home
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
