Responsibilities and Duties:
Checking in and checking out guests.
Make room reservations
Process all payments according to the established procedures.
Must be able to stand for long periods at a time; 6+ hours.
Provides assistance to others in a courteous and professional manner.
Respond to guest questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Handle guest’s complaints and resolve based on brand standards & hotel policies, with empathy, courtesy & spirit to resolve.
Ensure guest satisfaction 100% of the time, and follow through on all guest requests.
Have the ability to thrive in a team setting and practice service excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
