We are currently in search of a customer care/sales/service orientated person to join our team at Pennsauken/NJ office, 15 minutes from downtown Philadelphia.
Job Summary:
The qualified candidate will have a customer-centric attitude. They will be expected to provide customer service via emails or phones. This individual will prepare quotes in a timely manner. The customer service will be friendly, well-spoken and willing to initiate and engage with customers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders
- Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes
- Processing orders through ERP computer system
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing and deliveries
- Working closely with local sales agents to ensure customer needs are met
- Contact local sales agents daily, sales negotiations and closing orders
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate with USA and Canada customers
- Collaborative skills with attention to detail
- Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time
- Strong networking skills, outgoing personality
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Email)
- Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
