*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
*Responsibilities*
- Provide executive administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, transcribe notes, and create reports
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
- Coordinate projects and assist with special assignments as needed
- Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

- Quickbooks
- Proven experience in providing executive administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in office management and project coordination is a plus
- Typing speed and accuracy are essential for this role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
