CSR Job Description/Duties
Real Estate office looking to fill a Part-Time Front Desk/Administrative position providing support to the Branch Operations Manager, Branch Leader, and our outstanding team of professionals. We are looking for someone with great people skills, exceptional communication skills, advanced computer & internet skills including but not limited to Microsoft office, and Facebook. For this role you must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with ongoing changes when it comes to business needs in a team environment.
REQUIRED:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Canva
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer Service Oriented
- Experience in Real Estate Industry is a PLUS
Daily Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below:
- Greeting & Assisting Clients/Agents in Person
- Answering Phones/Messages/Property Inquiries
- Drop Offs/Pick Ups for Clients
- Incoming/Outgoing Mail
- Processing of funds received in the branch
- Conference Room Scheduling
- Office Event Planning/Coordination
- Settlement Needs for Closings
- Track Office Listings (This is shared between the BOM/CSR)
- Print Marketing Requests/Coordinating (Listing, Farming, SOI, etc.)
As Needed Responsibilities:
- Flyers: Brokers Open, Open Houses, Office Exclusives, etc. (All in Canva)
- Signpost Installation & Removal
- PopBys (C21NM Swag) —Printing tags, Assembly & Distribution
- Value Package Assistance/Mailing
- Pre-Listing/Buyer’s Packets
- Import/Export Sphere of Influence (SOI) Mailing Lists to Proprietary Programs
- Process Earnest Money Deposits (EMD’s)
- Additional clerical support as needed
