Bon Yeon is currently searching for servers to manage the Front of House. We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team. As a server, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, guiding our guests through their dining experience. Your attentiveness, knowledge, and passion for hospitality will contribute significantly to Bon Yeon's success. Responsibilities of servers will include:

1.) Warm Welcome: Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism as they arrive and guiding them to their seats.
2.) Knowledge Sharing: Demonstrate an understanding of Bon Yeon's beef omakase concept, beef selections, and drink pairings. Must be prepared to provide information and answer guests' questions confidently.
3.) Beverages and Pairings: Offer beverage recommendations that complement the beef omakase menu, including wines, sakes, or other suitable pairings.
4.) Order Taking: Accurately record guests' preferences and dietary restrictions, ensuring their selections are communicated effectively to the Chefs.
5.) Timing and pacing: Monitor the pace of the dining experience, ensuring that guests do not feel rushed or have not waited excessively.
6.) Attentive Service: Anticipate guests' needs throughout the meal, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any requests with efficiency and courtesy.
7.) Upselling and Promotion: Suggest additional menu items, specials, or drinks when appropriate, aiming to enhance the guests' experience.
8.) Payment and Farewell: Present the bill to guests, process payments, and bid farewell warmly, leaving a lasting positive impression.
9.) Cleaning and Setup: Ensure that the dining area is clean and organized, tables are properly set, and the ambiance is conducive to an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a high-end, fine dining, or omakase restaurant is preferred.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests.
- Knowledge of wine and beverage pairings.
- Attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move, carry, lift up to at least 35 pounds.
