Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in math, loan processing, and credit analysis. As a Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of loan applications.

Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
- Verify applicant information including employment, income, credit history, and property valuation
- Ensure compliance with FNMA, TILA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to gather necessary documents
- Prepare and submit loan files to underwriting for approval
- Coordinate closing dates with all parties involved in the transaction
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Skills:
- Proficient in basic math and financial calculations
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures and documentation requirements
- Familiarity with credit analysis and underwriting principles
- Understanding of FNMA guidelines and contract interpretation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
