Premier Allergist | AllerVie office is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic front-office receptionist to join our team! We would love to see someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Checking patients in and out
Scheduling and confirming patients’ appointments
Entering demographics
Updating medical records
Scanning and faxing patients’ records
Verifying insurances.
Answering phones.
Collecting co-pays and patient balances etc.

Education/Experience:

High school or equivalent (Required)
One year experience in a medical office setting (Preferred)
Computer/EMR knowledge & Medical terminology. (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
