We are looking for a wonderful Dental Hygienist to join our small team, who can be a partner with the dentist in promoting dental health to all our patients! We pride ourselves in providing personalized care to all our patients. We are looking for a hygiensts 2-3 days per week. Preferably Tuesday-Thursday. Laser certifited preferable but not required.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality dental care to patients and be able to perform a variety of dental hygiene procedures, including scaling and root planing, prophylaxis, and periodontal maintenance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for educating patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care and oral systemic connections. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient satisfaction, and the eagerness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

Be able to perform all types of dental hygiene procedures such as prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and placing arestin
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care and oral systemic connection to promote general health.
Perform dental x-rays and other diagnostic procedures.
Assist the dentist by identifying possible areas of concern in patient's mouth.
Keep accurate records of patient's dental history and treatment plans.
Be able to maintain a good work flow and staying on time.
Help make appointments if you have time and help with recare system.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
No weekends

Experience:

dental hygiene: 1 year (Preferred)
