We are seeking a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition to drive the development and execution of strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent in a high-volume environment. This role will focus on optimizing the onboarding process and cultivating a high-performance culture that aligns with the organization’s goals.

What you'll do to make an impact:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates in volume, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage high-volume recruitment efforts across various departments, utilizing effective sourcing, screening, and selection techniques to meet hiring goals.
Design and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program that ensures new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization, fostering engagement and retention from day one.
Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a high-performance culture through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
Utilize recruitment analytics to assess and improve the effectiveness of sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, and overall recruitment processes.
Partner with department heads to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and business objectives.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to build a diverse workforce that reflects the community and promotes innovation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all recruitment and onboarding activities, while promoting best practices in talent acquisition.
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and recruitment agencies, to create a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

What will make you stand out:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful talent management strategies
