We are partnered with a dynamic financial services firm who are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead all technology initiatives. This will be a standalone role overseeing all aspects of our information technology strategy and operations. This role will involve developing and implementing IT policies and systems to ensure the efficiency, security, and scalability of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, ensuring high availability and security.
Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Implement and maintain data security measures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve operational efficiency and client service.
Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance regulations.
Proven experience in leading and developing IT teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud services, data management, and financial software applications.
