We are seeking Liaison Administrative Assistant.

Hours:9AM-5PM (ET)
Language: Japanese (Full proficiency) and English (Advanced)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather data and information from stakeholders to create reports with tables and graphs in both Japanese and English
Collect details on multiple IT projects (status, objectives, client impact, etc.) from project managers, and create/update reports in Japanese and English
Stay informed about changes in the financial industry, including testing, migrations, and more
Create various reports using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word in Japanese and English
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow

Minimum Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in business operations or a cross-functional operational role
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
Resourceful, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese and English, with bilingual and biliterate proficiency
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership
Experience in IT governance processes is a plus
Experience managing IT audits and working with auditors is a plus
