Must be proficient in Yardi Voyager and CRM property management software
Leasing and Marketing: Meet with prospective tenants to discuss housing options, conduct tours, and provide guidance with the application process
Maximize Occupancy: Achieve and maintain high occupancy levels, ensuring that the property is consistently well occupied.
Tenant Support: Field and respond promptly to the majority of residents inquiries via phone, e-mail, work order, letter, and/or in person.
Property Maintenance: Ensure the property is well maintained at all times. Interact with vendors and assist with addressing emergency requests as necessary.
Turnover: Ensuring units are rent ready and meet the high standards of incoming tenants.
Assist in preparing agendas, update management reports, and compile documents.
Assist in monitoring corporate and client delinquency rates and collections process for account portfolio.
