Trilagen is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our leadership activities. Your responsibilities will encompass scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as required
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up reports to ensure action items are tracked and addressed
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive meetings
Act as a liaison between executives and other staff, maintaining effective communication and ensuring alignment on priorities
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion and tracking progress

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and comfortable with learning new software
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proactive in anticipating the needs of executives and taking initiative to support them
