Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor to enhance safety protocols at our sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working enviorment for all personnel on - site .

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures..
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance audits.
Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to occupational health and safety.

Skills

Must be Bi lingual
Computer skills needed , excel , office , power point and more
Ability to effectively communicate safety policies and procedures
Leadership qualities to foster a culture of safety within the organization.
