Job Description:

Job Details

Responsible for all documents on outgoing shipments.
Check outbound paperwork for accuracy according to customer order.
Make appointments for Shipping Supervisor on next day’s deliveries.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email).
Ability to acquire and Maintain forklift certification.
Ability to lift 30lbs repetitively.
Interacts with customers via email or phone to provide base support.
Updates and maintains files with all customer activity and discussions.
Follow Safety regulations.
Assist with Monthly and Semi-Monthly Inventory raw material counts.
Back up to Customer Service.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge and Skills

Good verbal and written communications, good attention to detail and the ability to effectively balance multiple task and deadlines.
Good teamworking skills.
Good Computer Skills with the ability and desire to learn new software.
Good knowledge of basic office equipment (copiers, fax, calculators, printers)
Good organization and data entry skills.
