Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers in your assigned area. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in achieving sales targets.

· Provide quotations, track orders, and ensure timely invoicing.

· Generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

· Prepare accurate proposals and negotiate terms.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Stay updated on industry trends and suggest sales strategies.

· Represent the company at trade shows and events.

Qualifications

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.

· Problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and develop solutions.

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new programs.

· Associate’s degree or higher.
