Length: 13 weeks

Must work 2 of 3 holidays.
On-Call Requirement: on-call 24 hours SAT/SUN (one weekend per month), on-call 8 hour shift 2 weekdays either 3-11 or 11-7

Requirements:

NJ License
2.5+ Years of OR experience required
BLS
NIH
Circulate required
Strong experience in General and Ortho, Standard cardiac (Cabg, AVR, MVR), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, Heart transplant, Lung transplant, VATs, VADs
Transplant experience (at least heart transplant), Standard Endovascular (TCAR, TEVAR, fistulogram)
Must have, Endovascular, vascular experience (i.e. Endovascular AAA, carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, trans carotid artery revascularization (TCAR), AV fistula, Fem,-Pop bypass)
Scrub is preferred

Others:

Float: Main OR for primarily Ortho & General cases
Charting System: EPIC/OR Manager (PICIS)
First Time Traveler's Accepted
Scrubs provided

HOLIDAY POLICY - Must work 2 of 3 holidays. Denote all RTO on submission...
Manager will take either 7a-5:30p x 3 shifts and one 7a-3p shift for 4 day work week= 37.5 hrs OR 7a-7:30p x three shifts...
