Director of Engineering
The Director of Engineering is a leader that oversees and guides a company's engineering department to help ensure that an organization's engineering goals align with the company's values, mission and goals.
- Reports to top management.
- Lead and develop a team of Designers, Project Engineers, and Installation Technicians.
- Managing department budgets.
- Designing engineering strategies.
- Oversee projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. Verifying project compliance with engineering best practices.
- Hiring department engineers.
- Collaborating with company stakeholders.
- Updating department policies and procedures.
- Provide account management, solutions, quotes, and project management.
- Travel 10% - 15%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in management.
- Proven experience in engineering leadership and project management.
- Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for innovation.
