Our client, a well-regarded national law firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Fort Worth.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record in top third of their law school class.
- Bar Admission in Texas.

4-6 years of substantive experience in complex commercial litigation, with at least 2 years handling sophisticated cases and 3 years of litigation experience altogether.
- Proficiency in deposition preparation, e-discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation within commercial litigation.
- Demonstrated ability to represent clients in a variety of business, healthcare, and real estate litigation matters.
- Commitment to building a practice in Fort Worth, with a strong interest in the local legal community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex business litigation cases, including disputes involving partnerships, shareholder disagreements, contract breaches, and non-compete and non-solicitation violations.
- Provide counsel in real estate litigation matters, handling cases related to property development, partnership disputes, and lender conflicts.
- Engage collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys, contributing to a robust and challenging practice environment.
