As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to various team members. Pay : $21.50 - $32.00 per hour Job: Onsite - Full time Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements. Assist in preparing and organizing documents for meetings and presentations. Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone, email, and in-person. Conduct research and compile data for reports as needed. Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all required materials are available. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office organization. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
