Performs therapy programs utilizing standard speech therapy techniques as appropriate for the age and disability of the patient.
Documents delivery of Speech Therapy services.
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Previous experience in hospital preferred; Medicare documentation experience preferred. Experience with outpatients, dysphagia, Vital Stim certification and Medicare documentation preferred.
Current Oklahoma license for Speech-Language Pathology or SLP license eligible with a temporary license, or eligible for a temporary license. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment
