We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loader to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of vehicles and equipment, contributing significantly to the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Responsibilities:
Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload vehicles and equipment onto trucks and trailers.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain loading equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Operational Support: Assist the transportation team with various tasks to facilitate smooth vehicle delivery.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or within the logistics/transportation industry is preferred.
Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling vehicles and maintaining records.
Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to a strong work ethic.
