As a Talent Partner, you'll support hiring across the Product helping to attract, hire, and onboard the best talent. Sourcing the right candidates globally is key to our transformation journey. Additionally, you will be a skilled storyteller, using data and insights to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Success in this role will require a strong focus on individual recruiting metrics and collaboration with managers and stakeholders.

Partner with designated Product teams to provide deep hiring and market intelligence through external networks and connections.

Prioritize and manage a diverse range of positions by working closely with key stakeholders.

Contribute to TA-wide initiatives, using multi-sequence thinking to anticipate potential outcomes and proactively plan for contingencies.

Use data and insights to create communications that clearly outline talent acquisition strategies, successes, and challenges to stakeholders.

Set and track individual recruiting metrics to evaluate performance, measure progress, and identify areas for improvement.

Apply multi-sequence thinking to broader business objectives and long-term strategy to drive successful hiring outcomes.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, and Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
