Sign Foreman/Superintendent:
Employment Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid CDL driver’s license
- 5+ years of industry experience

Job Responsibilities:
To include, but not limited to:
- Managing and motivating a crew of subordinates -- organize, plan, and prioritize work needed to be done
- Obtaining information on the job (i.e. reading blueprints, reading tape measure, understanding specifications, understanding work orders)
- Maintain a safe working environment – ensure all subordinates wear PPE
- Experience with layout of signs and sign footings
- Experience operating surveyors level
- Experience with operating construction equipment (i.e. forklifts, skid steers, bucket trucks, mini excavators, digger derricks, crane trucks etc.)
- Experience maintaining and repairing equipment on site
- Communicating with DOT officials, subcontractors, general superintendents, and home office project management
- Perform jobsite housekeeping – manual labor, general material handling, tool/truck organizing
- Submit weekly paperwork to superiors (i.e. timesheets, safety checklists)
- Basic knowledge of phone apps and computers
- Willingness to work with crews to demonstrate how to accomplish project completion***
