We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Specialist to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through online chat, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and resolve issues
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members

Qualifications
