Job Responsibilities:
- Print shipping labels and manage order processing.
- Carefully review customer requests to ensure accuracy in every step.
- Communicate with remote team members to obtain files and updates.
- Download outlined and digitized files and prepare USBs for embroidery and engraving processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving order issues.
- Prepare end-of-week reports and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Slack, and other work tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
