To ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments and to balance al revenue departments on a daily basis, and complete all necessary reports
Essential Job Functions:
· Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.
· Performs and attributes all required audit reports.
· Verifies the status of all wake-up call requests and ensures they are properly handled.
· Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
· Prepares the front office for the ‘A’ shift and reset days business.
· Acts as a Guest Service representative during the night time hours.
· Acts as the manager on duty during the night time hours.
· Attends and actively participates in all front office meetings.
· Participates in all training and cross training programs.
· Acts as PBX operator during the audit shift.
· Assists breakfast attendant by setting up breakfast area as needed.
· Performs other related duties as required.
· Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
· Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
· Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.

Qualification Summary:
Education & Experience:
· High school diploma or GED certification required.
· Bachelor’s Degree and/or extensive experience in a hotel or related field required.
· 1-2 years of hotel night audit or hotel front desk experience preferred.
· Strong financial knowledge required.
· One to two years of experience in customer service with proven customer service skills.
· Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and possess basic mathematical skills
