ROLE DESCRIPTION: This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney who will be responsible for representing personal injury clients in New York.
- Handle a case load, attend court, negotiate settlements, oversee trial preparation, conduct trials, and attend meditations and arbitration's
- Advise clients of claim liability and legal rights interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
- Conduct depositions and respond to discovery demands
- Ability to conduct discovery and draft motions
- Gather evidence to initiate and support legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of case
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of plaintiff’s personal injury experience.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a license to practice law in New York State.
Salary is between 110K -130K. (+40% on all originated cases that get settled). Plus, strong benefits.
