This role demands close partnership with technology, project management, and account management teams to gather client business requirements, engineer innovative systems, and define interface specifications and software development needs. The VP will champion quality assurance, delivering comprehensive evaluation, guidance, and backing for new and existing integrations, ensuring successful alignment with client business goals.
Minimum Position Requirements Include:

Transportation Industry Experience: 12+ years of systems integration or managing crew and scheduling systems within the transportation, airline, rail, or cruise industries.

Extensive Experience: This should include at least 8 years in a leadership capacity.

Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading organizational change initiatives, minimizing disruption and ensuring smooth transitions.

Business and Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, processes, and technology solutions, coupled with hands-on experience with company technologies and diverse client interface systems.

Advanced Analytical Skills: Proven problem-solving capabilities in operations research, with a track record of delivering effective solutions for both clients and internal teams.

Project Management Proficiency: Extensive experience managing complex projects throughout their lifecycle, encompassing budgeting, strategic planning, and resource management.

Quality Assurance: Expertise in evaluating, analyzing, and supporting integration technologies to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
