We are looking for an experienced Swiss CNC Programmer/Engineer with a strong background in Citizen Swiss machines and Esprit/Hexagon software to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:

Engineer new parts from print to production, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to manufacturing.
- Program Swiss CNC machines using Esprit/Hexagon and other relevant software to create efficient, precise programs.
- Select the right tools and manage tooling boxes for optimized performance.
- Develop and maintain setup sheets for seamless machine operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with customer engineers to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to maintain and exceed ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Operations Coordinator to adhere to production schedules and recommend optimizations based on customer needs.
- Set up new parts, leading them to first article acceptance and full production.
- Diagnose and resolve machine alarms as needed, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to foster relationships and troubleshoot any issues (primarily day trips with occasional overnights).
- Provide training to new team members on machine operation, setup, and production processes.
- Manage and maintain all electronic production files, including CAD/CAM source files, verification files, drawings, and other engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to continuously improve processes and meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Citizen Swiss CNC machines and Esprit/Hexagon software.
- Proven ability to engineer parts from print to production, including tool selection and setup management.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting processes and machine alarms.
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers, engineers, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with experience in managing production files and documentation.
- Ability to train and mentor new personnel in machining and production processes.
