We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations, manage employee records, and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update employee records.
· Assist with recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, reference checks).
· Process employee onboarding and off boarding paperwork.
· Handle payroll and benefits administration.
· Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
· Support the HR team with various projects as needed.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
· Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
