In this crucial role, you’ll work closely with the Directors, supporting them directly to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved. You’ll take ownership of financial accounts and reporting, while helping streamline business operations to run smoothly and efficiently. As Executive Coordinator - Finance & Operations, you’ll be responsible for everything from managing Directors’ schedules and communications to overseeing company financial processes like invoicing, budgeting, and bookkeeping. You’ll also play a vital role in ensuring compliance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing projects from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone who’s professional, energetic, and confident—someone who thrives on being the go-to person, helping everything run like clockwork. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be working with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee financial reporting, invoicing, cost control, and bookkeeping.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare accounts, track expenses, and help ensure financial stability.
Executive Support: Manage Directors’ emails, diaries, and phone calls to keep them organised and focused.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Tech & Systems Management: Oversee business tech platforms, subscriptions, and contracts, resolving any issues that arise.
KPI Tracking: Collect data and report on business performance, ensuring we’re always moving towards our goals.
Project Management: Lead the implementation of new systems and processes to improve business efficiency.
Compliance Management: Ensure the company remains compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Complaints Handling: Manage client complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets and resources.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent communication skills—you’re confident and clear when dealing with people at all levels.
Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of UK property regulations is a bonus.
A proactive, self-starter attitude—able to work autonomously and make decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
