Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Columbus, OH ; Hybrid Schedule
Duration: 3+ months
Pay: Dependent on experience
Interview Process: 1 and done Microsoft Teams Interview
Must Haves:
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience with coordination admin work (Experience in an Executive Admin Assistant role, an Admin Assistant role, or a TA Coordinator role)
- Experience with Outlook
- Experience using Sign Up Genius
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Must be agile, organized, and responsive
- Demonstrates service orientation
Plusses:
- Experience working through the background check process
Day to Day:
The TA Coordinator will be responsible for interview scheduling and coordination, working with interview panels, tracking information in Microsoft Excel, assisting with the background check process, etc.
