WellSky is seeking a Sr. Vice President of Sales for our WellSky Home team! This individual would be responsible for providing strategic leadership to our sales leaders as they build their teams to identify, develop and maintain relationships with clients for our WellSky Home suite of products. This role would collaborate with business executives and develop and execute sales strategies, set sales goals, and provide vision and leadership to the whole sales team.
Our ideal SVP candidate would be a seasoned and eager leader who has experience selling and growing software sales. A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following: - Driving annual sales and marketing strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share
- Providing vision for sales strategies and tactics to drive year-over-year bookings growth aligned with divisional quarterly revenue and profit targets
- Evaluating market potential and identifying new business opportunities and synergies
- Expanding existing client programs and revenues while identifying, cultivating, and closing new clients and new lines of business
- Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
- Cultivating key client relationships and developing strategies for expanding WellSky client base
- Constantly assessing the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues and risks in order to drive tactical strategies
- Providing expertise by building, developing and managing sales and marketing teams capable of carrying out strategies and methods
- Building organizational talent, coaching and developing others
- Establishing strategic direction, strategic planning
- Leading Change and collaborating and instilling trust
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications: - 15+ years product-management experience in healthcare, high-growth B2B, and/or enterprise SaaS
- 7+ years managing large teams/span
- 7+ years of post-acute care experience (home health and hospice preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven success scaling, leading highly effective sales teams
