Director, Revenue Operations Technology
Overview Of The Role
This person will create the optimal plan and help execute it for how technology needs to support pipeline creation and revenue generation.
This person will sit at the apex of key decisions on what tech to buy and how to use it.
They will bring fresh views of how Tech can support and help execute on our Revenue Strategy.
They will define and own the Business Requirements to inform execution against Dynata’s revenue technology strategy.
Responsibilities
- Help create technology initiatives that support the need to clean up analytics globally.
- Help reinstitute the notion of a centralized CRM that adheres to sound sales process best practices.
- Create and enforce a Sales process across all technologies that spans all segments and geos.
- Institute standardized use of and training for sales tech stack.
- Work with Marketing / Marketing Ops around systems and analytics process.
- Train reps and manage project rollouts for operational projects.
- Work with outsourced Rev Ops consultants to accomplish key initiatives.
- Create clear project plans for what the future state looks like at Dynata.
Critical Skills + Competencies
- Able to go deep on the technical side, and wide across technologies, using data to make decisions about strategy.
- Competency with how tech decisions are made, managing vendor relationships, and establishing internal processes for technology management.
- Strong understanding of how tech plays into enforcing process and reporting capabilities.
Persona Background
- Likely from a tech company or related field as Dynata, has 3-5 years’ experience leading the orchestration of complex tech stacks at scale.
- Previous RevOps / Tech Ops roles in more established environments (aka can bring a needed fresh perspective to help challenge the current status quo).
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics + Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus (also, don’t think this shouldn’t be a requirement).
- Previous experience training, coaching, supporting and managing tech stack rollouts and improvements.
- This person could be from a start-up environment / enterprise – they need to be innovative and forward thinking, not focused on doing what they’ve always done.

The salary range for this position is $180,000-$228,000K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
