Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner position is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process. This position engages with organizational key stakeholders to advise and provide updates of all recruitment efforts and trends. Establishes and maintains a collaborative working relationship with both internal and external clients and third-party vendors. This position requires continuous collaboration with hiring managers to develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet operational staffing needs.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for full life cycle recruitment of all clinical and/or non-clinical roles in assigned areas of responsibilities.
- Builds and maintains strong collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to HRBPs, HR COEs (Centers of Excellence), and Business Leaders.
- Develops an understanding of Network operations within the assigned client group in order to anticipate future business needs and effectively market both Nuvance Health and the assigned affiliate/client group.
- Consults with Talent Acquisition managers, HR and key business stakeholders to deliver collaborative solutions and adjust talent strategies as required.
- Identifies and builds robust applicant talent pool by staying current with industry standards, researching and implementing new recruitment platforms and strategies.
- Partners with internal and external resources as needed to build and sustain a robust pipeline of sourced talent.
- Identifies and participates in Talent Acquisition events including but not limited to remote or virtual recruitment/job fairs and college recruitment events.
- Recommends new hire compensation packages based on established compensation and HR policies and guidelines. Partners with compensation, HRBPs and executive leaders to address exceptions to established policies and guidelines. Extends offers to candidates.
- Understands and complies with Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures in accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
- Responsible to understand and comply with all employee policies and union contracts related to talent selection.
- Meets or exceeds all established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrates ability to cross train in clinical, ancillary and support role recruitment.
- Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Other information: Education and Experience Requirements: Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in full life cycle talent acquisition.
Healthcare system talent acquisition experience desired.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of ATS and the identification and sourcing of qualified candidates using multiple platforms.
