In this position you will…
…act as a trusted talent acquisition partner/advisor to senior management teams and hiring managers. You will also provide advice and collaboration with our wider Global People team to support the creation, launch, and execution of all talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
You will be responsible for…
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle including discussions on workforce planning, assist the business to draft role profiles and work with external agencies and be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team
- In partnership with the wider People team, support the creation, launch, and execution of all recruitment initiatives
- Partnering across People teams such as People Solutions, HRBP, Reward among others to support recruitment processes
- Overseeing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers
- Developing sourcing strategies to attract top talent including creating job postings, advertising and posting resources
- Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications
- Interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications and behavioral interviewing questions
- Managing and facilitates the interview process to ensure a positive and timely experience for a candidate
- Active sourcing and proactively reaching out to passive candidates
- Influencing and supporting managers on talent and employment related matters
- Being the point of contact for People matters and responsible for the full employment lifecycle
- Supporting any ad-hoc projects required

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within SaaS, Tech and/or Insurance industries
- Inhouse recruitment experience preferred
- Experience recruiting across multiple regions/timezones.
- Strong relationships building skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders / cross-functional teams
- Superior attention to detail, organization, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong ability to work with other HR counterparts, and be a key member of the Global People team
- Detailed oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and ability to influence stakeholders under dynamic environment
- Conversant in Microsoft office applications (e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project)
