ABOUT THE POSITION
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a partner to the agency, providing HR support and guidance. This role will involve working closely with employees and managers to develop and implement HR strategies.
As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best candidates to join our agency. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers from executives to first-line managers. Understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and keep hiring managers up to date during the recruiting process.
- Implement creative sourcing techniques to find candidates and to maintain a talent pipeline. Be a brand ambassador for the company.
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle of candidates (sourcing through offer and onboarding).
- Oversee and manage the company’s yearly summer Intern program.
- Manage the HR system using the ADP Workforce Now platform. Ensure that the HR system is used to its fullest extent including reporting and metrics.
- Perform all benefits administration activities including: vendor management, employee education, open enrollment support, and benefits enrollment management.
- Work closely with the Senior Director of HR on functions including: training and development, performance management, employee communications, and other HR activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully partnering will all levels of management within an organization.
- Experience building a candidate pipeline and implementing creative sourcing methods to create a large applicant pool.
- Ability to successfully manage details and ensure that all deadlines are met. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with implementing HR programs or processes.
- Experience with managing HR systems. Workforce Now experience is preferred.
- Career history of understanding and implementing HR best practices.
