Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Plumbing Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing the sales pipeline. Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Manage the sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demos and provide technical support to customers.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing customers.
- Generate new leads and develop a pipeline of potential customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Manage and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide training and coaching to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology to identify new sales opportunities and stay competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience in territory sales and account management.
- Knowledge of technology sales and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Ability to generate new leads and develop a pipeline of potential customers.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Ability to manage and track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Pay: $99,002.00 - $109,917.00 per year
